DERMAROLLER / DERMAPEN
The Dermaroller and Dermapen are recently-developed devices, which have been created to perform probably one of the safest and purest treatment methods for skin rejuvenation available, and with great results. Dermaroller is the latest product to perform a very old technique also known as Micro Needling or Collagen Induction Therapy.
Suited to all types of skin complaints including acne scarring, enlarged pores, wrinkles, rosacea and general all-over collagen stimulation for improved firmness, the Dermaroller addresses many skin complaints. Its proven method to intentionally produce controlled micro-injuries on the skin provokes the skin to heals itself. These pin-prick injuries trigger the production of collagen and elastin.
Dermaroller and Dermapen can safely treat areas that other treatments may not suit, such as around the eyes. An additional advantage is that they can personalise the needle depth to provide optimum results to an individual in a more accurately targeted area.
Topical anaesthetic cream is used to reduce any pain throughout treatment to a perfectly tolerable level. Multiple treatments are advised for optimum results and especially for mild to moderate acne scarring.
Dermaroller and Dermapen can be utilised for specific skin complaints. They can be used as topical skin regeneration and resurfacing tools and as part of your on-going skin regime every 6-12 months. At this level the Dermaroller and Dermapen can be used in conjunction with skin products to maximise their absorption and effectiveness.
